currently I'm with Mass effect, playing it for the third time

Assassin's Greed is a fantastic journey, though the one botton combat can become monotonous. Otherwise it lives up to most of the next gen. craze. Favorites would have to be some old school arcades such as Shinobi, the street fighter series, pacman (hahaha). The newer game favorites include the likes of God of War, Resident Evil, especially 4. Guitar Hero (pure fun and no fear), Half-Life (am going to purchase the Orange Box once I am finished with Assassin's Greed). Wish I had a powerful enough computer to play Crysis, this game looks amazing. Has anyone played it yet? Never understood the craze of the Halo series, though it is a nice multiplayer game.

Has anyone here tried My Sims on the ds lite? is it any good or is it too similar to Animal Crossing?

I love old gameboy games, N64, playstation, gamecube.Resident Evil is so fun.I do love rpg's like final fantasy too.

For the last year and a half, I've been loving Warcraft III TFT... more specifically the custom game Dota. Addicted.

It's the only game I've ever found myself still playing after an hour.

I find I like older games the best. So simple, yet so entertaining! It is so much fun you don't give a monkey's about the graphics or whether you can use X-ray vision or dive and shoot in slow motion.

Here's a list of some of my favourite games. Don't know if anyone will remember any of the Mega Drive ones!

Sega Mega Drive/Genesis

- Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, 3 and Sonic & Knuckles.
- Mega Bomberman.
- Micro Machines.
- Toejam & Earl 1 & 2.
- Gunstar Heroes.
- Cool Spot.
- Ristar.

Playstation

- Tomb Raider games.
- Legacy of Kain games.
- Oddworld Quintology (though only got to play Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exodus).
- Resident Evil games.
- Silent Hill games.

Computer

- Sims 1 & 2 (though I find I get bored with it very easily now).
- Diablo 2.

I used to play a lot of games with my younger brother when I was a kid. We had lots of fun together either both playing, or watching the other play. Today I only play Diablo 2 sometimes and a little bit of Tomb Raider on my laptop with an emulator.

The first time I told a guy I liked video games he said something like, 'WHAT?! You're a girl and you like THAT! '

great thread! i love vdo games. i'm currently playing my Pokemon Pearl for the DS.

loool I love video games too! You have Pokemon Pearl? (love that game!) I have Diamond, trying to get my Pokemon to lvl.100 (which I've never done before. I've noticed most of you girls (hahahah and guys) have VERY similar tastes. Love your selections!

Oooooh! I tried to buy RE4 at the store before! The cash register person asked me how old I was, and I said 17 (hmm.. I was really 16 actually) then he asked me for ID sooooo I ended up getting found out. Hmmm, I'm going back next year.

I love SSBM. My peach is unbeatable.

As for RE4, I had a parent along at the time. I would totally buy the game, it is beyond amazing.

Right now I'm playing Blue Dragon. it has stunning anime/cgi graphics and plays like a final fantasy game. I bet all you Wii players can't wait for the new super smash brothers game.
