Your pictures give a wonderful overview about Vladas runway appearances. You can see how beauty and personality are growing from fall 05 to summer 06 shows.

I think:
Ros-lya-kova
Ro pronounced as in "rome", lya as in "liya" only with quicker succession of sounds, and kova with the 'o' as in "court"

I hope that made sense
