I like Julia and Max better as a couple than as a team. IRL chemistry doesn't necessarily translate into artistic accomplishment. While this editorial is on average consistent with his portfolio, it is way below her standards.

I dont mind the editorial because she has that old hollywood sultry look but I wish there was a little more emotion. Hopefully we can see her shot by another photographer coz you can tell she has potential to produce great work.

Those vibrant colours will allow the cover to sing on the newsstand and I quite like the use of the natural light but there's something very amateurish, low-budget and unworthy of Vogue about the finished product.
