This is indeed a lackluster from Vogue China, not to mention this is their 10th (!) anniversary issue. I bought this issue after a long time (I stopped purchasing it for at least 2 years) anticipating some good read but it turned out to be really boring. I agree that perhaps they put all their budget and energy on the cover and accompanied interviews. Also I noticed even the advertisement pages shrink quite a bit. Not a good sign for them.

This is really awful, not one editorial even remotely excites me. I had big hopes for them so this is disappointing.

Terrible issue for any month, but when you consider that its for Sept AND their anniversary issue, then its truly awful!

I think we have to take into consideration preferences of chinese women buying Vogue China. Perhaps for them this isn't bad at all. Us westerners dont own the truth about something so subjective.
