I kind of enjoy the first one. The second one is a useless gimmick, but Malgosia one is okay. Although she does not seem right for this kind of concept. I certainly can imagine someone like Milla Jovovich for this with her Resident Evil background.
The first cover doesn’t sit well with me. Call me “woke”, but I don’t find comfort in these types of covers. Why the need to put that in her face? It doesn’t even make sense with the “Follow your heart” tagline.
Malgosia´s cover would have been perfect if it wasn´t for the dirt on the face but since this is an homage to Lata Brandisová, I wonder if there´s a famous picture of her with dirt?

So now that I read more about Lata, I gotta say that I love the cover and what represents imo, a countess who was supposed to be prim and proper, beating nazis offices in a really tough horse race. From wiki: "(She) was a Czech equestrian and the only woman to win the Great Pardubice Steeplechase. Her victory over the Nazi officers at the 1937 race, seen as a symbol of Czech resistance against Nazi Germany"
Wow, don't the Czech celebrate Christmas? Coming from the festive filled Cover challenge thread, these ones are almost in stark contrast. So dark and depressing. Both covers are terrible.
