Vogue editorial scans, '70s and '80s...

the 80's are just so tacky, even the Penn pictures look cheap.

While those photos might be tacky, it's not really accurate to judge all the photos produced during the decade as "tacky." Just as today, a range of photographic styles are represented. *Some* of the ones from the 80s just seem kind of outdated today.

These pictures are from UK Vogue. But I have to admit I don't remember the photographer, because I have only the pages not the whole magazine. I wanted to post them anyway. The models are Laetitia Firmin-Didot and Talisa Sotto. The year is 1986.

I am sorry but I couldnt post any pictures. The Fashion Spot is unable to downsize the pictures. :cry::cry::cry:
 
This is amazing--thank you. I'd like to see more. Some of it doesn't appeal to me but the first half on page one is gorgeous in character.
