The team definitely gets paid for a single shoot. I doubt their compensation is tied at all to how many times it’s reprinted.

A nice enough cover at first glance but upon closer inspection, I find Imaan's eye-makeup to be heavier on the right while Imaan's hand on the left bothers me also. The layout of the text feels haphazard (per usual with Juan Costa Paz) but I do like the choice of masthead colour.

I find it so Argentina. Those are the colors of our flag, and she looks like a tango dancer from La Boca.

Part of me wants to like this for the mere fact that it's not a head-to-toe look.

Imaan looks great, but looks more Harper's Bazaar than Vogue overall.

It’s quirky, I like it. And I love the periwinkle font. It suits the colors.
