Vogue France November 2024 : Anne Hathaway by Quentin de Briey

Looking at the photos again, it looks like they were inspired by that terrible Vogue Austalia editorial from March?? where they took photos in the Australian Embassy in Paris.

Terrible all around imo, not even one single editorial pic that is worth the cover.

Vanity Fair, V Magazine, Versace, Bulgari and now this. Her PR is on fire 🔥

That’s because she still thinks being on these covers is relevant. Most celebrities who are at the top of popular culture hardly do magazine interviews these days. It creates an opening for someone like Anne, who is still an A-lister, to come in and sweep them all at will.

I actually like the cover it looks chic. She doesn't give the strongest face in print despite being very stunning but it works here. Only hate few of the ed pics like the one in the tinfoil like dress.

They all hate fashion at this point. No fcuks given and why American/British/French/Italian Vogue deserves to die. This sort of no-effort/no-skill/no-talent needed shoot was the standard of any given model agency’s digital polaroids for new models, taken by whoever was working the front desk circa 2012: Just step outside for 5min, stand against the white brick wall. In 2024, it’s a Vogue covershot. Anyone could have taken these snapshots. Anyone.

Makes last month's editorial out-take look half-decent as a cover choice, because it at least it had life and colour.
