Aw, she looks cute. Adorable picture. The cropping looks awful, though. The masthead on his forehead looks terrible. The layout is bad too. But considering how awful this year has been for VG, this is nice.

Beautiful fall colors and Julia is styled perfectly!

I'm going to say that every months but I don't know what is happening to Vogue Germany this year. Their covers are bad. The colors are dark, sad... I miss their old stunning covers.

Simple, but gorgeous, Demarchelier is on fire! I think he is booking more cover jobs now in his 70s then he was when he was in his younger "prime" self!

This cover looks weird
I like the styling/hair but it doesn't suit her

1 of her eyes look weird on this cover
Not symmetric

On this cover it looks like she is having an eye disease

Eh, she looks like the wife of politician posing for campaign pictures. Really boring.

Really? This is awful. The cheesy hand-under-the-chin pose, the smile, the disproportionate coat, the depressing grey background, and the hair, oh the hair... Such a weird cover. Julia is a very a pretty girl, that's too bad!

I don't like it, I was hoping too see Anna E for the September issue, this looks like a random supplement cover. VG is getting really worse this year, they really have to do something with their layout...

I hate everything about this. Styling, pose, colors, text, composition. It looks cheap and amateur. Like a glamour shot frim the 70s but without a hint of irony.

Even Kate Middleton is more stylish than this. That styling, those colors. WTF is this?!

That's very harsh. It's just the way her eyes are, just like Kate Moss, Lara Stone, Karmen Pedaru...

I'm a fan of the picture, but not of the cover. Too bad, Julia by Demarchelier was ought to be good.

I just want to applaud to VG's support to rising stars

I agree. It's the hand position and the fake smile that is giving me that impression. I think she is lovely but this isn't her angle.

I'm also not a particular fan of that shade of green.

That hair is wrong. The hair on top of her shoulder is like the samples they attach to hair dyes for you to know the real color of the dye.

The styling is wrong. The layout is wrong.

Thank heavens she's gorgeous! But besides that, this cover is a big miss. Vogue Germany needs to take lessons about their art direction!
