They are a bit too dark imo. I rarely like the covers when models aren’t looking at the camera. It really needs to be justified by the composition or mood... These shots are more fitting to be a part of the editorial.
God, no. This cut is not working for Alessandra. Or is it a wig?
Vogue Greece really need to move more towards Sasha, Bella, and Lauren's Porter-type covers if they want to stand out and have an identity. Everyone is currently doing covers like this one and the direction is quite frankly saturated. In fact, it looks more like Vogue Poland/Czech to me at snap judgement.
Not the biggest fan of the short hair here, but she’s an absolute icon. Not to mention, Santorini + Alessandra could have very easily been a tanned, SI cliche, and this is so chic and almost a little melancholic. Say what you will but she is versatile AF and this cover proves it.
I absolutely love the second cover! It’s very sharp in its contrast and shadow play, and the white suit works for a chilly Greek afternoon. This would look extremely chic on any coffee table, and I agree that there was no need for that first cover.
I like both covers, and while I'm very used to seeing Alessandra with long hair, the short hair/wig works for me on the covers too. Getting quite the 90s vibe from the second cover with the boxy blazer and short hair, but I don't mind that either!
Even if she started in HF, i’ve never been convinced by Alessandra as that kind of model.
For me, she is a bit like Elle Macpherson... She can do Grazia and ELLE very well because those kind of publications doesn’t demand much from her but this kind of stories...No!
I don’t know why people criticize Rianne or Anok for giving the same face everytime and then praise Alessandra or Adriana for doing exactly the same thing.
