The Meisel story is about a city with dead people. I'm not joking, i read it somewhere. And the entire issue is about new generations, all the eds have the youth tematic.

Does anyone know what the concept is for this issue? I’ve never been able to work out what it is referencing, is it suicide? A heatwave?
