Vogue Italia August 2015 : Mariacarla Boscono by Vincent van de Wijng

I like MCB,but this is bad.It seems they pick one pic from the story casually make it the cover.Plus, who shot this?I don't think its Meisel.

Interesting concept, i guess.

She kind of looks like an alien that fell off the mothership, landed in a field and started vogueing.

I don't think that's what they were going for though. It's a random cover.

The cover is boring but the editorial looks very good & unique ... but I want Meisel!

Thanks a million Zorka, i am in such a perfect mood for this cover story, and Mariacarla is just sublime, as always.

Yet another dark cover for them. Mariacarla's editorial does look amazing, especially the two colour shots.

I really like it, but that's because I'm a sucker for "nature as a location" for a shoot + B&W. Personally, I find the composition really interesting as it seems fitting to the movement around. The editorial is hit or miss, but I love that last shot.

The cover is flat and makes MCB look old.The ED is pretty nice though.

Love the cover but the editorial is even better! I have to agree with HelaFav5 though, I still need Meisel too. :\

That is one beautiful cover and editorial! I love the vibe. I have to keep my eye on Vincent van de Wijngaard. Very promising talent. A welcome change for Vogue Italia.

This is exactly why I'm fine not to see Meisel this time. I'm open for a change when that change seems promising and he certainly delivered. It's a really nice first cover for him.
