I disagree a bit with you. I like it, it's a good picture as the French edition did, but this time editors respect the identity of its country. Looks very Italia to me, but I totally agree that the VI we love is in our memory, not a reality. This magazine was Franca and Meisel. It can't be higher than that, it will never be at the same level, but this was a good year in terms of covers. Only the first two were bad, the rest is decent. I take this over the last two years of Farneti. Sad that inside it's Anna and Edward's Vogue.

I feel like the colours of the text ruined it. Especially the outline on the lower text or maybe giving it a more vintage feel.

I don’t hate the cover, in fact, I don’t hate the main edit either. The issue as whole is giving late summer vibes. Not bad.

The cover's actually good. A less gimmicky version of Farneti's Vogue Italia.

But I must admit that this edition has become a carbon copy of Vogue UK. I bought two issues of the new Vogue Italia a week ago, and I was truly disappointed of its content because of how generic it is.

Was unaware of this girl but she photographs beautifully. Although I don’t mind the editorial I miss the standouts we used to get from VI

Because the decisions are now flowing from a central source, these representations in each Vogue of their own countries are starting to have the feel of generic tourist brochures that are sponsored by the fashion industry.

time go buy a Vogue Italia, perhaps?

Matilda De Angelis looks a bit like a wish.com version of Dula Peep on the cover
