Believe me when I say, another tremendous effort !

But more goodies are on the way already.

I have to appologize for some of the scans, that edition was packed in
a hardcover, and so it was extremely difficult to fix the bugger on my scanner properly, and I wouldnt have wanted to destroy the hardcover
just for a perfect symmetry in all scans. But they turned out acceptable.
