Regarding the camping theme, in their defense the camping/utilitarian trend had been slowly picking up steam during this past summer for street-style fanatics, and will probably dominate for the next season or so. So it make sense for them to showcase now. That's what fashion magazines are for.
If Vogue Ukraine wants to appeal to a global audience, which I'm assuming is their intention based on this direction, then they cannot just tailor the trends to suit their climate or audience. I can see someone from Australia, some of the South American countries, or even Americans pick this up because it's pretty much on trend right now.
