Vuitton Epi Line

What is the opinion on the Vuitton Epi line?

How durable is it for wear? I'm quite sure that the quality is high. Thank you.

I was thinking of getting that Epi Keepall bag. Would it hold up well as a long using item?

Also in consideration were Prada leather travel articles.

The Epi line is resistant to scratches and wear, not to mention very beautiful

To be honest though, the Keepall is a travel bag and you're bound to get some wear on it eventually... but I think that adds to the charm of your bag

A little bit of wear adds to the character of an item no doubt about it.

I am under the impression that Vuitton's travel goods are going to be of a higher quality than Prada's.

Vuitton Epi Luggage

Hello,

What are people's opinions on the Vuitton Epi luggage line?

Moreso an emphasis on the Keepall.

In my opinion this has to be the most discreet of the luggages. With perhaps an exception to the natural leather.

I love the Epi leather, I think it looks very chic in black. It's definitly more understated then the logo stuff and far less popular which is most of the appeal, for me anyway.

I have a mandarin epi keepall. I am in love with the piece, although I have only used it on one trip. I would strongely recomend it. It is far less common, and very rarely faked, much more worth it than monogram.

I don't think people will actually know it's LV. The majority is too ignorant to notice that.

It's really rather the point of buying that particular type of Vuitton.

Unless one goes for Goyard or Hermes luggage items.

LV Epi bags?

I'm looking for a basic everyday black bag and thought either the LV Epi Alma or Speedy would be a good choice.

I've never actually seen one in person (only on Eluxury), so I was wondering, is the leather hard/stiff, similar to the monogram canvas? Eluxury describes the leather as being soft, but it looks like it would be more structured.

I'll take what ever info and opinions you folks have!!!
