Way better than most fashion photographers booking top covers right now, and Regina was obviously trying to go for something more cinematic. But the cropping is off, and the lighting feels a bit gimmicky in a 'Touch by an Angel' sort of way. But I like the intent.
So will we never see a 'normal' high fashion W cover again? Will all Sara's covers look like a special edition? Because it's getting old.
I’m not sure how I feel about them using 3 separate photos for the cover but I love all 3 individually and I worship Sofia Coppola, so this is a must have, multiple copies. I only wish they’d had the directors actually take the photos. But I guess with Covid, that wasn’t possible.
