I have shoulder length hair right now, and it's pretty wavy...i want to get it cut pretty short, but my waves always go away when I have short hair. I was wondering how to style my hair to get the wavy 20's look.
I think you would tong the hair into large, spiral curls. Then, while the hair is still hot you would brush it and push it into waves and hold it with big clips. Leave it to cool and then take out the clips. Maybe using hairspray at some point could be a good idea too.
