I hate to admit it, but pre-1989 Taylor Swift appeals to me only sporadically. There are some good songs on Speak Now (and Red) but I just can't bring myself to listen to the albums in full, start to finish. Whereas every album post-1989 is on repeat 'till infinity.

Ugh, same. There's so many songs that I love on those albums, but they just don't hit the same. Well, maybe Red. I do enjoy that album a lot. Back to December is an old fave and literally the only song I saved to my playlist from Speak Now so far. It feels like betrayal
