This song is very polarizing to her fans, but I honestly think that it's one of the highlights from MAYHEM.

Zombieboy is also fun. I can already see it as a Halloween anthem, while Dance in the Shadow could have been perfect but the rough transition from the intro to the first verse still bothers me.

This album is for the No Way, Nothing On (But the Radio), Out of Control, and Second Time Around fans from the early years of her career. It's so good!

We have the same top five, alhough my ranking would probably go Abracadabra-Killah-PC-GoE-Disease.
Ngl, she kinda lost me halfway through the album. I wasn't expecting it to be so... retro? Everyone made it seem like each song is so different than the last - and that was sort of true for the first half of the album, but after Killah they all start blending into each other until The Beast for me. It's gonna grow on me, I don't hate it and I think it's a fun album. But I think the promotion was fairly misleading because the released singles and aesthetics have been very different from what the album as a whole is, so listening for the first time and feeling like I'm on the prom in 1986 was a bit of a surprise. I expected a darker tone, and I would've preferred that more but f*ck it, I'll stream this album and love it if it's the last thing I do.

I got into the whole f*cking album, I knew I could. How Bad Do U Want Me and Shadow Of A Man are now in rotation. Zombieboy is overrated. The Beast is underrated. A version of Brooklyn Nights should've been released. Killah needs a music video.
