I just started Morning, Noon & Night by Sidney Sheldon this morning. Yes, yes, I know it's an old novel but I like Sidney Sheldon. :)

Yeah, I hear that book is an eye opener to the true world of fast food. I heard that the author stated if you must eat fast food only eat In-N-Out burgers. Is that true?

Also, guys don't drink any milkshakes from fast food restaurants. I just finished working on a movie and the Special FX and makeup departments used this BLACK gooey stuff called Methocellulose (for this scene where these two people were coming out of some black tar like liquid and it just rolled off of their bodies)....and the SFX people were saying this is the thickening agent used in Fast food milkshakes! GROSS!!

I've been reading Rule of Four by Ian Caldwell and Dustin Thomason . . . interesting, kind of like the DaVinci Code

I finished Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper last week . . . and definitely was crying my eyes out . . . such a sad book

The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail - Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh & Henry Lincoln
