This is such a fantastic read, I'm almost done and it's already made me cry three times and has brought a smile to my face numerous times too. The storyline and style of writing reminds me a bit of one of my favorite books, 84 Charing Cross Road.

I love that book.

So sad she (Gaskell) died before completing it. Though it's pretty obvious how it was going to end. When you finish check out the miniseries, which more or less fills in the blanks at the end.

I shall I'm still reading it, but close to finishing It is a very enjoyable read so far. My edition has some "ending notes" by the editor, saying what was meant to happen.

I have started that book a while ago,but not yet finished. I have read other books inbetween.
Somehow the storyline is a bit wobbly imo..i hope it gets better as the book goes on. I was exited about the title because i am a huge fan of Dante. But i was so disapointed when i started to read it..
