what do you think about this Wool Top

I 'm thinking about getting this top .
do you know what size do i have to wear ..i try to look like the model's outfit

i usually wear M in Us size..
but this brand has size ..somethig like 2/4 , 6/8, 10/12

I think the top is made to fit like that. So Id say get your normal size...And I would need a woman to help me out on this cause I dont know womens sizes, just what fits.
