Only when my current piece falls apart. I usually have 2 since I used to swim daily and I hate putting on half-damp swimmers. I don't swim so much in Europe.

When my bras start to mis-shapen since I usually buy them in sets and I buy 2 bottoms for one brassiere. Sometimes I see adorable cotton panties, I'd get them for home use.
