any particular brands or stores that have those....really want them

Low rise pants cut the bottom in half :), just fit fit fit, if you mean a slim fit than try to look for Helmut Lang or Acne... Softgrey is a stylist and expert on this.

helmust lang and acne are a slim cut...they do not make one look slimmer...
actually...if you have hips...then you will have a serious problem with those brands...
unless of couse...you wear a long tunic with them at all times...

everyone i know swears by ag jeans...and even express...and of course seven...

look for a wash that is faded on the front of the thighs and darker on the inner thighs...this gives the illusion of a slimmer leg...i think a flare is also good as it balances wider hips and thighs...

flares should be worn with a chunky shoe or sneaker or a high heeel with a pointy toe......to anchor your silhouette...
check out mavi as well...i think they have decent styles and good prices...i also really like old navy's jeans and blue cult...

look for a slightly higher rise...but not super high...salt works is a new brand that has a higher rise...even seven is doing a higher rise now...

check out this site for most of what i mentioned...

another thing to look for is a pant that has a flap closure...the big button in the middle of your belly only adds bulk...a jean that comes across and hooks or buckles to one side with give you a flatter tummy...and who doesn't want a flatter tummy?....right?!?!...LOL...

good luck...hope this helps...

will work on a merge...thanks for bringing it to my attention...and for posting the link...
