i wear an italian 42 and us 11/11.5. i thnk my feet are ont eh large size but considering the avg woman wears a size 8.5/9 the should stock a 42.... i really wish i could find cute shoes easier.... like all the slick designer deals on ebay or in daffy's.. right now i rely on zappos for shoe buys. but awesome brands like jeffrey campbell don't even make them in my size.ugh!!!

It s so terrible, I m very small and tiny, but I've got long feet(the longest are my toes). Im only 5'3(1,60m) and i wear a size 38 in heels, 39and sometimes up to 40 , if they are small, in sport shoes.

I can not wear sandals or heels that show your toes because they are so long and ugly, but nevertheless i do in the summer.
