What to Wear for the Apocalypse...

I don't think hand sanitizer will do the trick after a while (eyes and aerosols..). At the risk of religious insensitivity, I'd probably switch to a chadaree, the traditional light blue kind (cause what's religious insensitivity without cultural appropriation), black leather riding boots and rubber gloves, and a plastic backpack I guess (the clear kind- so you can't see me but you can 100% see my personal items ), so I can spray that with Lysol.

I would lug hand sanitizer around in a bum bag if they hadn't run out of it....

I am doing that now...
washing for 20 seconds properly is more effective though...
any kind of soap will do!

I'm staying in the house with the cat for as long as I can hold out!

My closet seems like a little museum of excess from a bygone era....

You can’t really go anywhere anymore (cases are spiking like crazy once again), so the fashion is all so useless.

All I wear now are black Calvin Klein undershirts with black adidas training shorts, black adidas athletic socks, and black adidas boost running shoes.... if it were colder just sub out the shorts for training pants....

According to the NY Times there’s a realistic possibility that there may not be a vaccine for a decade or more. So, I’ll prolly be dressing like this consistently for a long while.

^ Now that is not an uplifting thought We should be able to get it under control ourselves in that kind of time, but we will certainly need new leadership in the US.

I'm getting great use out of my tops since I videoconference, including the polka dot blouse I got this spring. Some of my pants still have the tags on though ... I've also been wearing my new protest Ts when I go out (as well as the old ones). Gives the people at the vet something to think about

Love the all black.. it's my favorite color (or non color?). But, yes I totally relate to your style right now.

I have been living in bike style shorts with a black oversize t shirt. Comfortable, but flattering at the same time. Honestly, I would wear this even if there weren't a pandemic. So I guess this is my apocalypse outfit.. right? lol

I don't want to carry a bag and I want multiple pockets to keep things from contaminating one another...
this fit the bill and then some...
