Please help!

As part of my 21st my mum has booked afternoon tea at The Ritz. Obviously no jeans are allowed, but that's not a problem as I like wearing dresses/skirts anyways. Any suggestions would be much appreciated :flower:
I want to look smart and appropriate but nothing too OTT.

I think all you need to wear is a pretentious attitude and you will fit right in

- otherwise I would wear something along the lines of
knee length skirt, I don't know what the style is called but the type that fluffs out a little (not form fitting or too bulky).
- fitted blouse
- nicely cut blazer
- black stockings
- plain black flats
- Either wear nie jewellery or none at all.

Of course merch it all up to look very 'you' and stylish not just drab and non descript. Don't try too hard it will make you stand out as a commoner and dear god if that was to ever happen at the ritz

have fun.

You mean an a-line skirt?

That outfit sounds good! Personally, if I were going, I would wear a cute day dress (not too short! No shorter than just above the knee, I would say) and a cardigan, and then dress up the outfit with accessories.
