These are just a few essentials which I put in my carry on bag when traveling. My travel journal and a good pen (i’ve been using this journal for years so it’s very special to me.). A guide book for wherever I am going. My wallet with all my information and spending money. A good book (Persepolis is one of my favorites) for long flights. Chapstick to keep my lips from drying out while flying (this one doubles as a great moisturizer for dry hands). Having your ticket is key! A camera to take photographs of take offs and landings (as well as capturing the rest of the trip). Passport so you can get out of the country. Perfume to keep you smelling fresh after a long flight (currently wearing the Gap's Close). And last but not least the knowledge that a great adventure awaits!
