Where do you go for gifts (especially clothing) or where do you recommend? Grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, children, spouses, friends...
Didn't want to clutter the original post or make it point too much toward my specific situation, which is why this is coming as a reply. I wanted to keep the topic itself broad with my situation as a smaller part of it.
I have a big family (three brothers ages 8, 13, 20; one step-brother age 8; one step-sister age 10; plus adults ), and clothes make great gifts for certain members. For example, I would love to know where I could get fun tshirts fo the 13- and 20-year-old guys, or where to get cool things for my stepsister, but I don't really know where to go. My stepsister would especially enjoy clothes from me, but I would want to get her really fun, unusual things that maybe her mom wouldn't get for her (and maybe that not every kid at school would have, as they would from a store like the gap or limited too). She's a size 8/10 kids, if that makes a difference--very kid-shaped (skinny) and therefore easy to fit into clothes without trying them on. For my brothers, I would love to get shirts like the ones loserunit posted in his 'dress me' thread.

I personally think that Urban Outfitters and Bluenotes has some cute printed tees. Although they might be a bit large for your stepsister, there's a guys section as well. Most malls will have a similar selection of fun shirts.
