Where to buy international magazines online?

For the benefit of all of us who are in the boondocks, is there any really good online resource you guys use, for buying international fashion magazines?

Especially for the kind-of obscure ones.

And either as single issues (which is probably impossible), or as subscriptions (more likely)?

I usually use eBay, but I hate having to buy magazines "late" - usually after they've been out for a few months.

Any suggestions, besides the international Amazon portals?

You can go to the magazine's website. Try doing a Yahoo search on the magazine name and then there is usually an option for a subscription. Also, look for contact information.
