Help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

My friend is on the prowl for some nice, slouchy, white, leather boots; she wants to be able to tuck her skinny jeans into them.

I was hoping that you girl's (or guys!) can clue her and I both in on WHERE we could FIND such boots (if they even exist!); websites, stores, so on and so forth would be GRREEATTT!!
