ive never heard of sharkah chakra but i like those...they look less skin-tight than the others...they look like they'd fit well...

Well white jeans conjure images of me in Lois at the start of the 90s and Liz Hurley, stuff that is better forgotten, but the truth is they look terrific in certain people. I'm not willing to go that route anymore but this new generation or people that were not traumatized by how dirty they got should give it a try.

I certainly would recommend the AA pair, they were 120 in Australian which is not much to pay for jeans. I have been trying mine on and its so difficult to find tops as they are pretty much white or cream in my wardrobe. The perfect item so far has been blue and white striped shirt... I would love to hear other examples as well!

I definitely like the look of white jeans (or at least a very very light shade of blue denim), just don't know i'm brave enough to pull it off.

thanks for the recommendation songbird i might go and try some on soon..have a white denim shopping day. you're right that $120 is very reasonable... are they very skinny though?

i think if the fabric is thicker, not flimsy, and if they are tight, it's a better look because it sucks everything in. i think it still magnifies the legs, but it is less when super tight. but then you have to deal with panty lines.

Yeah I would say they are fairly skinny, similar to sass and bide stovepipes... Although they are a bit higher in the waist so its more flattering in my opinion. I found a picture of the american apparel website but trust me it does not do them justice!!

I've only mustered up the courage to wear my pair once since I bought them a year ago. They are probably my most comfortable pair of jeans too, so it's a bummer I don't wear them more.

This thread is on nights in white denim. We normally think of jeans when we think of denim (natural). Do you think white denim can still be lovely to wear at night with, say... a white denim skirt? A white denim bolero jacket? A white denim dress, perhaps? (not that I've seen any) Even white denim trouser jeans? I haven't benn to this thread in a while, so I don't know what else may have been discussed in this thread.

i like white denim the way The Sartorialist photographs it... i've also seen a great pair of white jeans from the latest Dior Homme collection... both Schumans pics and Dior look like outfits really easy to pull of... YET, i don't dare to buy a pair... i fell "ridiculous"... i don't think it suits me, or whatever

I own a pair and I love them. My favorite thing to do is wear white jeans and a black shirt.

I don't see why people are afraid of them/how they are so ridiculous. They are definitely less ridiculous than colorful jeans that I see people are into (like pink, green or red jeans).

don't wear a lot of white, im just not a fan. i haven't really ever seen it on anyone and it look good. eh, i dunno.
