Who was/were actually the cover model(s) of British Vogue November 2002?

vogue.co.uk listed this one, which probably is the answer.


but I came across another one with Carolyn Murphy on it, stating it was for November 2002 as well. It has got both domestic and imported versions, too real to be a fake cover.

It must sounds stupid to ask, but what exactly does the international copies mean?
Does it mean people in UK have the chance to get both of these covers, while area outside UK only has Carolyn's cover available?

Does anyone remember any of the details from the editorial that this shot is from? I believe it was circa 2008/09, and for some reason I feel like it was in either W or Numero maybe, but I can't for the life of me remember for sure, and that's the only image I ever saved from it.
