The first pair you can find on www.jamori.com (if you join - for free - you can get 40% off, I think), and the second is on either www.neimanmarcus.com or www.saks.com, I can't remember which at the moment. I'm not sure how they fit/or are comfortable as I don't own them! Someone got the first pair, but I don't recall who, at the moment, sorry.

I'm really looking forward to a pair of Louboutins, though.
