White tights and socks

I got a multipack of coloured socks today which had a white pair in as well, so I can finally have a go!

I'm going to attempt them with skinny jeans and a shoe-boot, so they just peep through - how is everyone else thinking of wearing them?

I'm still not brave enough to try the tights, even though my legs aren't remotely tanned!

While I'm not too fond of the white tights (it reminds me of my outfits from when I was five), I really, REALLY adore these ones by Emilio Cavallini.

My legs refuse to tan, so I can't understand why anyone would want to cover up tanned legs with white leggings anyway! I'd give my right arm for even slightly tanned legs!

You need to try the Dove moisturiser with a hint of tan in it. I dont tan at all either but this stuff... withough the effort of fake tan just does it as you moisturise anyway but its so subtle and has taken a month of use to colour up to a nice level!

I must say dont get the whole white legging things at all!

I've been thinking about getting one of those but I didn't know which one to try - is Dove the best one? One of my friends said hers came out streaky, and I'm not the best at applying fake tan anyway!

I am quite happy pale, but I tried the moisturiser with tan from Johnsons which is great, but it smells like an indian takeaway....which is fine if you're in a restaurant but not if you're going outside anywhere. I switched to Dove and it's MUCH better. Not any smell, and goes on less streaky. I'm a fan!

Oh thank you for that tip - I'm off to buy some today! I already use Dove shampoo and Dove bath stuff, so I think its safe to say I'm a fan!

I like the white tights look....but I more prefer an off white. Sometimes I feel that if it's not worn right, it can really wash one out.
But not everyone. Some people can pull them off well.

I used to wear frilled socks over my white tights when I was in the first and second grade!!!!!
I think that the look is pretty tricky to pull off when your over the age of seven!

white socks are difficult to me as get them in a nice use... unless you are Michael Jackson RIP he really made something special of them
(Some examples here prove me they can look cool though)
I like the white tights... although i will go naturally more into dark warm colors or just transparent ones like we were in summer hahah

I think white tights (particularly the pair on the other page with black hearts) can make a great statement. I don't like the way they'd make my legs look bigger than they are, but I'd definitely consider them!

I just got some white tights the other day. I think they look amazing if your into the gothic/lolita look and wear them with all black or they look really cute with pastels.
