Who has started shopping for Fall and what specific items are you noticing in the stores so far that you think will be a "must have" for this Fall.

I just got a BCBG coat online and a theory denim blazer. I'm working on including more pieces in my Fall warerobe now. Where I live it does get cold but not extreme cold like Chicago and New York, so a 3/4 coat is usually what I purchase.

Where'd you find fall BCBG online already? Just because I haven't seen any yet and I often like some of his coats...

I started fall shopping a few weeks ago. Already bought some great vintage skirts, a deep red velvet blazer...probably some other stuff I can't think of right now...

I got a Gap deep red velvet blazer as well from a thrift store and a Lucky hobo suede vintage-inspired bag for 40 bucks.

Whenever I go shopping I look for things I like for any season. If I find something I like I buy winter coats when it's +35° and summer clothes when it's -25°. I'm always looking, the season I'm in is not important.

Not specifically but I have been buying a couple of cute vintage Victorian/Edwardian blouses.

It's just something that I am into right now, plus boots and the colour navy.

we are twins.. just got an amazingly cute victorian/turn-of-the-century silk blouse with the tiniest buttons and frills (Zara) -which i wont be able to wear till September- and ordered a navy blue 'mini' messenger bag from Paris

I guess I've more than started...!

I began acquiring Fall things when the Fall men's shows came out several months ago at the beginning of Spring - had some custom leather gloves made, got a new tweed bag, bought several 'heavy' Spring sweaters for use in initial Fall weather (since the Spring sweaters that most designers sell are too warm for NY Spring~Summers anyhow). I guess I'm like tott that way - I'll plan for the weather when the mood and the merch strike me. I was shopping for tweed waistcoats today as well, and tried to order some python brogues for Fall during the press release period in Europe...

Agreed! Things pop-up, like a coat on a sale rack from waaay before. And it's a size small! Wondering, where have you been all my life?

i've started buying vintage items such as little coats and stuff but i have to wait till august to see if theres anything designer out there that i want (thats when i get money for my birthday lol) i was waiting to get the gold dior homme boots but they're sold out already in london lol

Im feeling fall sooo much, i have way to much black in my wardrobe now, purple,grey what i need now is white and grey stokings..

Fall has been my favorite season for clothing for years, so every year I tend to go crazy with shopping and this year will be no different. I've already purchased a basic bag for everyday, a Marc Jacobs Selma tote in pecan from NAP, three pair of strecth bootcut jeans and five caftan/kurtas in various jewel tones. I plan to add some menswear style trousers in grey and black, at least one velvet blazer hopefully in purple and a pair of black ankle boots with a pointy toe and slim heels. I'm afraid this will just be the beginning!

Today I stumbled across a gorgeous sweater by Filippa K... I never really found anything really interesting from them before, but WOW!

It's a fairly heavy cotton/wool mix in navy. Crewneck and buttoned on the left shoulder with four silver buttons with crests on them. I absolutely love it! I tried their web site to see if I could find a pic, but they haven't put up the autumn/winter stuff yet.

I can't wait for fall. I love my fall clothes--there are so many more options with fall clothes. I want a nice pair of boots, a nice coat.... haven't really had a chance to look around much yet.

I can't wait for the fall season as well, even though i'm in Boston. Fall clothes always look so much richer than the spring summer ones. I love dark palette!

I managed to snag myself a pair of good skinny black casual pants that I will definitely wear for the fall and winter.

fall, in general and in my opinion, always has the best clothes and summer, the most boring. i get so excited when i get my first glance at jackets and boots.

flat boots are my most important search for this fall.

I've been shopping for fall since spring began.
