Will Michael Jackson Have To Go To Jail?

We all know the prosecutors are hicks

That article was so weak. It made me laugh, now I have no doubt he's because of that article. I mean, first of all. The prosecution spent 3 hours out of 4 saying that he had been through this before. Well, umm, that's because it was the same guy picking after him - tom sneddon. Secondly, no one here can doubt that the accusers are con artists, having conned JCPenney, Michael Jackson, and Jay Leno. No one just happens to have all that trouble and have to sue so many people by . Lalabel just explained the "p*rn". And the magazines - who said michael showed it to them? The same people who said michael gave the liquor. Well, didn't teh flight attendant say michael drank wine in a coke can so the children wouldn't know he was drinking that, to not set a bad example. If they lied about the liquor, then they lied about most everything else, possibly (Especially with their history).

Another reason not to trust prosecution was that they did violently (that is a fact) tear through michael's house causing much destruction (IS THAT NECESSARY?). That is the action of a crime, not true justice. The prosecution was also accused of ridiculing Jackson and even mishandling him violently when arresting him. there are pictures to prove it, too.

Also, look into the prosecutor's history :innocent:

See, I made a point, what I said is true.

And I wholeheartedly second what you just said.

Is who gave it to him really relevant when it is still filth? And why was it kept with p*rn?

Is it a coincidence that this book and similar books to it have been found in other pedophiles p*rn stashes?

Again, this is slander: no court material ever says anything like that.

"pedophiles p*rn stashes? " how can you dare saying something like that?!??? :yuk:

This is uncostitutional

sorry, this all lies. Erotic material?? Yes, but only adult females.
Don't mix the two things toghether :innocent: :innocent:

Please stop calling me a liar. You've taken my word completely out of context. I said that the filth by Webber is considered "Child Erotica".

If you care to know why its not called child p*rn I'd be glad to explain through Private Message.

Never said it was in court documents. Anyway, your disregard for the books of bude boys and the context it was found in disturbs me.

How would you feel if people were buying a book of you nude in "questionable positions" when you were a child and did not know any better? Geez, I'm in my mid 20s and felt violated when some drunk perv lifted my skirt and a few people saw my underwear. I could only imagine how humiliated these boys feel.

Retired NYPD sex crimes investigator Joe Gelfand, who worked in the pedophile unit for 12 years along with associates from the FBI, also studied the book. In his opinion, the coffee-table-size tome "is geared for people who, I would say, would be sexually attracted to adolescent boys." Asked if he considered it a p*rn*gr*ph*c book, Gelfand told Court TV, "I've made any arrests in my day and many times we've seen photographs like this in the homes of pedophiles. It's not sexually explicit, but it is erotica. It is child erotica."

That is Bruce Weber collector's book:
he personally autographed and send it to Mike hoping he would accept to pose for his pictures. Cop testified he just didn't know who "that Weber" was.

hmmmmm...you are talking about this book then,

Sanger said the black-and-white photo is a collector's item called "The Glory of de Dienes Women," and he asked Robel if the "The Chop Suey Club," featuring a young man in a straw hat on the cover, was seized because investigators believed it to be sexual in nature. Robel said yes. Sanger said the book was sent to Jackson unsolicited by Weber, who has photographed the Jackson 5 and other famous people.

that book, it is not a weber book.

The jury also was shown the cover of a book called "The Boy: A Photographic Essay." It also contained an inscription that said: "To Michael from your (heart symbol) fan, XXXOOO, 'Rhonda."' The note was dated 1983.
