I read in a magazine and the one shes been wearing is from Jennifer Meyer and you can buy it at www.kaviarkind.com for $700.

An Australian designer did one too in silver (Teresa Ruiz) but not sure what it's made of exactly, her jewellery is quite moderately priced (around 40 Australian dollars or so).
