WSJ. Magazine December 2021/January 2022 : Ben Affleck by Micaiah Carter

Of course he would go for a teenager's mandatory 'closed eyes and smiling' instagram pose, followed by his brand of utter misery and 'I hate myself'. If only he would rock post devastation a la Keanu Reeves.. but uh, yeah, he's depressing.

He looks sober, and at peace.

Es tan rico (not talking in sexual way, but yeap, he's so handosme).

Ethan really go all the way out to be the next Meisel.

It's good. Karlie still has it. I even prefer this over the current British Vogue.

stunning cover and editorial! Karlie still has it and it’s a shame she decided to become a commercial celebrity instead of continuing to being a real model. (whatever makes her happy, I guess).

Ethan James Green is blatantly copying Meisel here and should be called out. to get inspiration from Meisel and Avedon and others is ok (to an extent) but to literally ‘reprint’ someone’s aesthetic is not.

Haha, it is so funny that even the likes of Kristen (as of now), Kate (recent times), Naomi, Natalia and etc. are totally worthless in their modelling efforts today in comparison to Karlie Kloss.

I remember someone said a very similar line "Karlie still got it" when she was shot by Meisel for Vogue UK. I don't think she's ever lost it, to be frank. A true modelling skills icon and all girls, even a lot of established ones, could learn a thing or two from Karlie.

Also, Ethan James Green giving better Meisel than Meisel is kind of sad. Makes me starting to think the metier himself is starting to slowly descend down the Madonna line in photographers circle. Can't blame him much though, he legit produced so much iconic work and of such unachievable stellar standard that he has full rights to produce cr*p now or even retire.

she really delivers here after what seems like a long time out of the spotlight.

Considering the "comebacks" of Naomi, Kristen, Kate or even, forgive me almighty Lagerfeld, Gemma Ward... I'd say Karlie not just delivering - she's full on blowing your damn door out and serving it.

It was the same with Helmut Newton at the end, people hired him for his name, and he was more than happy to churn out a generic form of the imagery expected from him. None of it represented anything new by that point, but anyone paying for his services got to say they'd booked a legend.
