I have a question about yoox...
do they raise the price for a period of time and give discounts on sale and then raise price again?
I have been eyeing on several items and was kind of surprised that the price changes so much. It is now so much, much more expensive!

Yes. The prices go up and down. I've seen stuff I bought on sale being sold for the original or an even higher price.

waaaaaaaah I got my Marc Jacobs pants today and they were too small OMG I wear a size 40 US but it was a size 42! I still couldnt fit them...the way they are cut one cannot have a butt Its so small! i guess i have to send them back...my deriere is too big for them

I just wonder if yoox sometimes sells second quality items. I've just received some costume national t-strap pumps, the overall quality is good as expected, but the heels are attached totally skewed!
As a german engineer I would have classified them as "Ausschuss" (rejections?).
Ok, it's an outlet with reduced prices, but they should inform their customers about such faults, then.
So back to Italy they go..

I've wondered about that too. I just got a medium size Stella McCartney bag that was completely bent out of shape. The black wire outline things were completely twisted. I also got two Stella McCartney owl bags, and the feet on one them was bent, and the other had a small stain on the front.

Not in yoox germany. In every parcel is a free UPS-sticker included that can be used for returns, and there are no extra costs.
You get refunded the full price of the item, then, but not the shipping fee.
