Wierd...do they even keep track of which match is at what time in the correct time zone? What if it goes into overtime?

So, with these World Cup games, I see that the US plays on the 12th at 18:00, the 17th at 21:00 and the 22nd at 16:00. Is all of Germany 5 hours different than eastern standard time? And, am I correct that the US discount codes would work from 1-2:30pm EST, 4-5:30pm and 11am-12:30pm on the respective days?
