I need to ask a stupid question...

Do shoes from Yoox come in their original boxes? The only space I have in which to store my shoes is directly opposite a window, so I'm slightly psychotic about making sure they go back in their boxes (I'm not precious when it comes to wearing my shoes, but I'd rather not have one half of a pair bleached several shades lighter by the sun).

its just said its headed out to the us distribution center in italy for the past day, and hasnt sent me a tracking number yet.

it's usually only a day's delay for the italian distribution center. for example, i ordered on saturday and received on thursday (i live in ohio), even with the distribution center intermediary.

how long does it take to clear customs for italy to the US?
yoox gave me a tracking number..and for some reason its tracking ten packages at once with that one number. does anyone know why?
my tracking number says its been stuck in new jersey since the 10th.

^i don't think it gets a UPS tracking number unless it is already in the us, customs cleared. just call UPS and get an update or tell them about the error. somebody could have missed a scan.
