OMG congraaaaaaaaaaats jun .. you are so lucky to find such a treasure ...

this purse have been in my wishlist for long time ago .. wish to have it someday

i have wanted this bag for SOOOOOOOO LOONNGGGGGGG! when i first got into bags, this was what partially started it all. when i won that dooney trip back a few years, this was what i wanted to hopefully find when i was over in italy, but the YSL in florence had sold out and all they had was the boheme fringe bag. i managed to get a catalogue from the store though ( i still have that). we went to the outlet's in florence too and the YSL boutique had the jackets from this collection by Tom Ford.....seriously, this sounds super stupid, but i got all teary-eyed when i got to see those jackets. the detail and cut was the most beautiful thing i HAD EVER seen in an article of clothing before and since. alas, no nadja bags at the boutiques either.....

i came back and did a 24" x 36" graphite rendering of the ad in my avatar of christy turlington, and even manufactured a copy of the bag in ultra suede. (do i sound like a crazy obsessed fashion girl yet? ) it won best of show at my college.....and ever since i've been scouring ebay for one of these. i just got hired on for a year for an illustration company ( my first real job in the field i have been trying to get into for five years!) my first paycheck arrived this week and wouldn't you believe the irony that FOUR of these bags suddenly popped up on ebay?????!!!!!! this one, two caramel colored ones and a used rose suede. i nearly freaked and i knew i must have one. this was my first choice....nabbed it at the last minute.

after my long crazy adventure in getting this bag, i finally get to revel in it hopefully monday. it seems i always have the crazy drama in getting bags, but this is one sweet ending to a long story

JUN!!! Good for you!! I LOVE THE NADJA. I was thinking about it the other day when I saw a fake-me-out Nadja at Valentino...it is sooooooo gorgeous. Congrats!!

I have the emerald green one. I bought it when it was new. Its the most I spent on a bag & I STILL love it!!

here are some pics of the different colors i've managed to accumulate from the purse forum (handbags), the christina style blog (some random christina aguilera style website) and ebay. i guess when they retailed, the large was $995, the medium $895 and im not sure on the clutch size....
