I think, another proplem is the sizing in the men collection, my husband loves some of the shirt, but he has really wide shoulders and even xl never fits

My Cousin has a similar problem you have to remember it is Euro Cut an Styling not the huge u.s.a cuts. No Offense but are you using wide shoulders as code for he is a large guy? Seriously im not trying to be malicious ive just seen this played out in many clothing stores.

nooo, he ist not fat :-))) he has a kind of swimmer body, like small hips and wide shoulders, and the funny thing is: he is from dallas, so, hello to TEXAS!!
he thinks, most of the european shirts are just for skinny, skinny guys and has problems going shopping over here + they don't sell lucky jeans here in germany

So I'm not the only one who has noticed their shirts have been fitting differently. I don't know if it's a recent change or not but the last time I was in the store, I tried on a dark blue/red striped shirt and it was incredibly tight. I'm by no means a big guy either, i'm pretty slim and I tried on the large, the body fit, but the shoulders and armpits were extremely tight.

Their winter collections seem to be alot better than their summer,but I've been dissapointed with alot of their stuff lately.

i just hate zara....
not cos it is like zara, but cos whole belgrade shops in zara... so i perfer topshop and mango,which people here don't understand....
plus, why are the prices so high? i mean, i really think mango is far more fashionable, but it's also cheaper....

Yay for Zara, not many people in Aust have their items.

But I kinda prefer Topman for some of the fits, they cater for my slim build.

frankly i really like Zara.

i find their quality to be quite good.. well in fact, much better than most stores in Toronto within the same price-range (ie. not Zara Woman). When i was in Spain, i LOVED Mango.. but found the Mango store in Toronto leaving much to be desired. H&M is very hit & miss for me.. i can go in with 12 items to try and only get 1 to fit me. But when it works, it works well.

Interesting note about the Zara sizing.. i'm usually an S but recently had to purchase a top in M.. which i got all depressed about.. but reading the reviews, i feel better now!

i'm a huge Zara fan. their stuff are reasonably priced and it's one of the few good shops here in Rio. everything else is so expensive!

we also have Mango but it's very very poor, you have to look hard to find good stuff

I like Zara quite a bit, but Im not used to those emporium type stores (H&M, Zara, et al) it's so much work!! If it was like Barneys, smaller, more focused, I could shop there. Im too schizy to shop in a huge store.

I think it's partially down to the way their stores look...they don't cram as much merchandise in as say, Forever 21, and their lighting is a bit softer than Topshop.

Anyone else found that their sizing can be pretty haywire? I wear anything from an S to an L

yeah, sometimes S will be too large, another time M barely covers my belly.
It's so annoying but oh well, I like the designs.

zara is great here in portugal. i find the quality to be good (and it's been improving over the last couple of years), it's cheap, and ther are plenty of shops where i live!
