Check out Zara in Spain, that´s a real emporio. I love the ADS with Daria Werbowy and then the clothes are soo cute. And Massimo Dutti has Marina Perez on the ads, my favourite models!

I dig Zara...uh-lot
it's my go to store
when i can't find anything i know Zara will have something i like
their skirts fit my body so perfectly
their cuts are perfect
I would love to shop at the Madrid location

I made an application there today :) Hop they will take me back(cuz they already did, but I refused the 1st time  )
AHAH

Anyways, great store. And they have anew collection every 2 weeks :) It is a particularity of the store

I loooove the long pants at Zara. It's one of the very few places I can buy pants that fit me! And I'm tall but I have hips, and the pants still manage to fit beautifully. I live in Zara trousers at work.

I haven't been there in ages, though.. this thread has reminded me I have to revisit and soon :)

I have been in Zara today , but in the Men selection with a friend to find something for him and I think that their men selection is better than the women selection.

Zara used to be much much more affordable. Now it's gotten crappier and more expensive. I don't get it? Maybe they're spending too much money on marketing.....

Of course there are still some cool cheap stuff, but it's getting rather rare.

^ it has gotten more expensive, I spent a ridiculous amount of money buying rather mundane things there this summer

agree with you . They are so much more expensive now , I mean 50€ for a top !!! It's just a top, nothing special or so.

Definitley agree with above but also the European stores seem to be a lot cheaper than the ones in the UK.

I have a black blazer from a branch in Spain which I live in, its the perfect fit. I haven't bought in anything there since though. It's a bit conservative for my taste.

wondering whether you guys have seen 'bershka'
a sister brand of Zara. this brand produce cheaper
and younger clothes. recently opened its first UK shop in oxford
street in London, next to MANGO, around the mega TOPSHOP,
near to ZARA and H&M. As said, Zara is growing more
expensive and bershka may have been an overlying cause.
(zara, growing more expensive and more ladylike while
bershka, still affordable for younger girls)

I have been in Bershka in Milan , it's a nice shop and a little bit cheaper than Zara and like you said more for the younger people.

As much as I love Zara, I hate Massimo Dutti. They try to be 'Bon Chic, Bon Genre' but with crap quality. The designs, the fabrics...everything is just so wrong!

Bershka sounds cool. I'm going shopping in London soon, so might check it out.

Zara generally seems to be more for 30s women.

Didn't Zara have also a younger line?? They have Zara Women, Zara Basic and...forgot although I've worked there as a student  I believe it was something like trs?

Ok, I searched and found it! It's callend Trafaluc, so I suppose it's TRF...why than another younger line?

Just discovered Zara today and am in love! It's like what I've loved about Spanish-made shoes- a lot of relatively natural materials and attractive styling for substantial stuff, for not a ton of dough. For heaven's sake, they made a *kelly green* ruffled wrap top. Two things I would never buy (the green and the ruffled). And yet the cut and fabric and tone of the green was right on the money enough that I almost did (if it had fit, I would've). Just so nice to see a little different styling influence, even w/current trends.

I've just got to go to *Espana* :)

I really like Zara. The prices are very good and there is always something that I like there.

Bershka hasn't got good stuff in my opinion, at least in Spain (the company has different clothes in some countries), I sometimes find something but not so often. In Spain Zara has an other branch, Stradivarius, also younger than Zara where I find some cute clothes. But quality, like Bershka, is worse, so where I find more clothes is in Zara woman and TRF.

I can't wait till Zara decides to make a collaboration with a cool designer...... Just like H&M did.

I like ZARA too. ^_^ Few weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes and some skirts and they are quite good quality. I always find there something that I like. Especially their bags and shoes B)
