i had a feeling it was dior couture from the moment i saw it, actually (being the diorling i am), but it looked so gucci to me so whatever...

my only question is why didn't she wear the coordinating platforms?

The race was between Imelda Staunton and Hilary Swank (the rest did not have enough hype)... I wanted Imelda to win.:(

no one has posted a pic of kate winslet yet, but i just wanted to add that she looks terrific on tv!!

wow, nicole's dress looks completely different than runway version. the color looks better in that photo.

NO Doubt...

  :yuk:

well lisa doesnt' favor (or a fan) the hollywood scene ;) all that much, and it's different look, so sorry if she's not all glamour-cinderella like for appeasement, not to say that you can't like it or anything like that just clarifying why she looks so pissed, she probably didn't get to bring her mama with herB)

I'm totally digging Nicole, Cate and Charlize...actually I think Charlize is my fave, that hair color with her dress...

Scarlett Johansson was a bit of a let-down, I thought she might do something interesting. She definitely looks a bit old.

here's some designer scoop from the pre-shows:

Debra Messing-Vera Wang
Emmy Rossum-custom Ralph Lauren
Teri Hatcher-custom Donna Karan
Cate Blanchett-Gaultier
Laura Linney-Prada
Portia DeRossi-Valentino

I'm glad she put her hair up again, actually. That dress looked pretty uncomfortable though.
