Kate Goss is there bc she's in the opening skit/whatever of the Emmys. Something is off about Tina Fey's hair, but I can't quite put my finger on it. It looks like maybe it needs to be more polished for that style?
January's hair makes it look like she slept in a metallic blue down comforter, then wore it to the Emmy's. Not loving the shine nor the thickness of that Versace dress.
