So many good looks! Emma Stone stole the show for me, too- she really knows how to do minimalism, as does Claire Danes. I can't really get behind all the Halle Berry and January Jones love; skanky-chic just doesn't do it for me. I actually quite like Jennifer Lopez, even though I'm sure to be alone on that one. It was very vintage to me, and the quality of Zuhair is always so top notch. Heidi Klum looked horrific, and even though the dress was beautiful itself, I thought Anne Hathaway looked a little... ill fitted. I usually loathe the sort of dress Olivia Wilde wore, but I love how she chose not to go with accessories and picked unexpected, but exquisitely beautiful shoes. Even though I always enjoy a good high fashion romp on the red carpet, I thought Natalie Portman's dress was awful- even though she was positively glowing, and her hair and makeup were spot on. I'll never understand the Brangelina worship; Angie looked as average as everyone else, and it's pretty obvious that she and Johnny were nominated just to up the glitz factor. Leighton Meester, Xtina, and Lea Michele looked horrific, Mila Kunis and Elisabeth Moss did green right (while Catherine Zeta Jones, in my humble opinion, was a little swamped). Jury is still out on Christina Hendricks and Megan Fox; for the former, I loved the hair and makeup but can't really make a judgment call on the dress, and I've got the opposite problem with the latter.
