It's like a decades-old promo shoot for an actress where, underneath all the hair, she's fine-featured and quick-witted, but the best she can hope for, in that decade, is a role as a dolly bird in a movie and momentary fame as 'someone's girlfriend', probably James Hunt or Rod Stewart.
